Refund Policy
Once your purchase is complete, Lensically issues access to a digital download. There are no refunds on digital products except where required by law.
Digital product delivery
Lensically Operator for Threads is delivered as a downloadable commercial source package. After Stripe confirms payment, Lensically verifies the Checkout Session and issues access to the download page and private release package. Please allow up to 30 minutes for payment verification, delivery, or support follow-up if a payment provider delay occurs.
No refunds
All sales are final. Because this is a digital product and access to the source package is issued after payment verification, Lensically does not provide refunds for completed purchases, including change of mind, failure to use the product, installation difficulty, third-party account issues, platform changes, or business results.
Delivery support
If Stripe confirms payment but the download page does not issue access within 30 minutes, email support@lensically.com with the purchase email and Stripe receipt or Checkout Session reference. Do not send account passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, chargeback, fraud, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be excluded. Where a mandatory law applies, Lensically will follow that law.
No result guarantee
This policy does not guarantee continuous availability, platform approval, audience growth, reach, revenue, or business outcomes.
