These Terms govern use of Lensically's website, Store, Research, checkout and digital-delivery surfaces, and purchases of Lensically digital products. A product-specific license, order page, or additional written agreement may provide additional terms for a particular product.
Website and Store use
You may browse, evaluate, and purchase Lensically products for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site or its infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, evade payment or download controls, scrape protected customer or commercial data, introduce malicious code, or use Lensically services to violate law or third-party rights.
Products
Lensically may sell source code, software and operator systems, website templates, 3D assets, kits, scenes, agent products, creative tooling, and other digital goods. The product page and applicable license identify what is included in a purchase.
Purchases and payment
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. A purchase is complete only after the payment processor confirms payment. Lensically may verify product, price, quantity, currency, payment status, checkout metadata, and other transaction information before providing access.
Digital delivery
Digital products may be delivered through a protected download link, customer entitlement, repository access, or another method stated at purchase. Download links may expire or be limited to a reasonable number of uses to prevent fraud and unauthorized distribution. Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing purchased files.
Licenses and ownership
Buying a Lensically digital product does not transfer ownership of Lensically's underlying intellectual property unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise. The purchaser receives the rights stated in the applicable product license. Unless that license says otherwise, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public posting, sharing of source packages, or repackaging a Lensically product as a competing downloadable product is prohibited.
Website-source products
A website-source purchase may permit the buyer to edit, rebrand, deploy, and commercially use the source for the number of end projects allowed by the applicable license. Public live demos may contain Lensically storefront controls, analytics, or demo-only behavior that are not necessarily included in the purchased source package. The product page controls what is included.
3D assets, kits, scenes, and agents
3D and agent products may have product-specific file formats, engine or software compatibility, usage rights, project limits, and redistribution restrictions. Those details will be stated on the applicable product page or license when such products are released.
Third-party materials and services
Some products may reference or interoperate with third-party fonts, images, libraries, APIs, platforms, engines, hosting services, or other materials. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Lensically does not transfer ownership of third-party materials and does not guarantee that third-party services will remain available or unchanged. Customers are responsible for reviewing third-party licenses and terms applicable to their own use.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, maintaining accounts and infrastructure required by your chosen deployment, reviewing your configuration and content, complying with third-party terms, making backups, and ensuring your use of purchased products is lawful and appropriate for your project.
Prices, taxes, and product changes
Prices and product availability may change prospectively. The price shown and accepted at checkout governs that transaction, subject to correction of obvious technical errors. Taxes may be collected where required. Lensically may improve or replace future versions of a product without silently changing the immutable version originally delivered for a completed purchase.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy displayed or linked at purchase. Because downloadable digital products can be copied after delivery, purchases may be final except where Lensically's posted policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
Research and informational content
Lensically Research documents technical work, experiments, architecture, and observations. Research content is informational and may describe evolving systems. It is not a guarantee that every described technique will be appropriate for every user's environment or project.
No guaranteed results
Lensically does not guarantee revenue, profitability, audience growth, platform approval, engagement, uninterrupted third-party access, compatibility with future third-party changes, or any other business or performance result unless an express written guarantee says otherwise.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensically's website, research, and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Mandatory rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lensically will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, digital products, customer deployments, or third-party services. Any limitation is subject to rights and remedies that applicable law does not permit Lensically to waive.
Fraud, abuse, and enforcement
Lensically may suspend seller-controlled fulfillment, download access, or support when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, charge disputes, abuse, or material license violations. This does not give Lensically control over infrastructure independently owned by a purchaser.
Changes
Lensically may update these Terms as the Store and product catalog develop. The version in effect when a purchase is completed governs that transaction unless the applicable order, license, or written agreement states otherwise.
