Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Lensically’s website and the purchase and delivery of Lensically digital products. Product-specific commercial rights are governed by the applicable license displayed before purchase.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful product evaluation and purchasing. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade payment or download controls, misuse automated systems, or use Lensically services to violate law or third-party rights.
Purchases and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. A purchase is complete only after Stripe confirms payment. Lensically may verify the Checkout Session, product, price, quantity, currency, and payment status before issuing access. Download links may expire, be single-use, and be limited to a reasonable number of reissues to prevent abuse.
Digital-product license
Purchase of Lensically Operator for Threads grants only the rights stated in the commercial license. Ownership of the underlying software and materials is not transferred. Redistribution, publication, sublicensing, resale, sharing, or sale of a substantially equivalent white-label source package is prohibited except where a separate written agreement expressly permits it.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy. Because the product is a downloadable digital source package, all completed purchases are final and there are no refunds on digital products except where required by law.
Customer responsibilities
The purchaser is responsible for maintaining required GitHub, Cloudflare, Meta, Threads, OpenAI, domain, and other third-party accounts; protecting credentials and secrets; complying with third-party terms; reviewing content and business operations; and ensuring lawful use of the software.
Third-party services
Lensically is not responsible for third-party pricing, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, rejected applications, unavailable APIs, security incidents outside Lensically’s control, or platform enforcement. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
No result guarantee
Lensically does not guarantee continuous availability, platform approval, followers, reach, engagement, revenue, profitability, or any other business result.
Disclaimer and limitation
Except for remedies expressly stated in the refund policy or a separate written agreement, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensically is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the website, software, or third-party services.
Suspension and enforcement
Lensically may suspend fulfillment, support, or access to seller-controlled services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, charge disputes, or material license violations. This does not grant Lensically control over infrastructure owned by a purchaser.
